I can be a bit obsessive. When I have the chance, I do browse the referrer logs for this blog, and of late I’ve been noticing a small, but steady, stream of traffic coming my way from a new (to me) Druid blog: Bringin’ the Wood.
Jive, the blogging tree in question, exists at a whole other level of raiding from me. We’re 1/6 in Zul’Aman on the non-timed runs. They’re pushing for bear-n-the-chests from the timed runs. I don’t have any T4 yet, Jive is T6ing.
So, for a glimpse of a shiny, distant world I shall never see, I find myself Bringin’ the Wood.
I know paladins are OP right now, but floating pallies?
That’s just wrong.
The Warcraft world is growing as rich in podcasts as it is in blogs. I’ve been a long term listener of The Instance, and listen to the WoWInsider show occasionally, as long as one of the people who makes me want to reach through the internets and throttle them due to their their arrant stupidity isn’t on.
But my new favourite podcast (or blogcast, as they’re calling it) is Twisted Nether. This show, by bloggers Fimlys of Asleep At The WoW and Breana of Gun Lovin’ Dwarf Chick, mixes general WoW news with the latest from the World of Warcraft Blogosphere. Bre and Fim discuss both the hottest topics of discussion and have guests from the big bad world of blogs. It’s a niche that’s not really been explored yet, so I’m enjoying listening to them doing so.
You can find details at the Twisted Nether site, or subscribe directly in iTunes. (Apparently you can also subscribe on something called a Zune. But whose ever heard of those? )
Hey, folks. I’m back from my wee holiday.
Uh, hang on, did I mention I was going on holiday? Oh, well, never mind. I was, and I did and now I’m back.
I might even post some real content tomorrow.
But only if you’re very, very good…
